How to Apply
The basic documents required for opening of savings accounts shall be:
the Account Opening (AO) Form
the Specimen Signature Card (SSC)
Bank Fees and Charges
the agreement covering the terms and conditions under which the account will be operated.
Client shall accomplish one set of account opening forms and provide the required information as applicable therein.
Any two (2) Valid IDs issued by Official Authority
- Valid Passport (if Foreign passport, holder must present ACR I-Card)
- Driver’s License (with validated Official Receipt from L.T.O)
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID (New Series from 2004 to date)
- Social Security Service (SSS) ID
- Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ECard
- Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) Card (with picture)
- Overses Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA ID)
- Latest NBI Clearance
- Company IDs issued by Private Entities or Institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by the BSP, SEC or IC
- Latest Voter’s ID Card with VIN (Voter’s Identification Number) and picture
- Senior Citizen’s ID
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) for Foreign Nationals
- Home Development Mutual Fund-Pag-ibig ID
- Philippines Postal ID Card
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) ID
- Police Clearance (with picture and dry seal)
- Seaman’s ID/Record Book
- Barangay Certification
- Department of Social Welfare & Development (DSWD) Certification

For single proprietorship
- two valid IDs
- photocopy of Certificate of Registration of Trade Name
For partnership
- two valid IDs of partners

- Articles of Partnership with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- evidence of the signing authority of persons intending to operate an account
For corporation
- photocopy of Certificate of Registration with the SEC
- Articles and By-Laws of Incorporation with the SEC or photocopy of license to do business in the Philippines for foreign corporation
- Secretary’s Certificate on the Board Resolution to open an account
- IDs of its authorized signatories
Maintenance Fee, charged to accounts with below average daily balance for two (2) consecutive months: PHP300
Dormancy Fee, charged to accounts with no deposit nor withdrawal for atleast two (2) years: PHP30
