Pacific Ace Savings Bank (“the bank”) is dedicated to protect the privacy of its clients and depositors pursuant to R.A. No. 10173 or “The Data Privacy Act of 2012”. Our team shall ensure that no personal information shall be released to the public or third persons without the knowledge and express consent of the client and depositors.

Personal information from prospective clients shall be collected when the latter shall manually fill up a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Form with bank in accordance with requirements of the Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (BSP). On the other hand, information from depositors shall be collected when the latter shall access the mobile application of the bank for the purpose of checking balances and recent transactions insofar as the depositors’ savings or current account is concerned. Information shall not be collected through email or SMS message.

Only basic personal information shall be collected such as but not limited to the name, address, date of birth, civil status, nationality of the prospective clients. The information collected shall be exclusively used for the purpose of processing the application or transaction of the prospective clients, and not for any other purpose not relevant to the application or transaction of the latter. The bank adheres to the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose and proportionality in the processing of the personal information.

This Data Privacy Policy should be interpreted in relation to the provisions of R.A. No. 10173 or the “The Data Privacy Act of 2012”.
