Job Description
Responsible for accepting remittance transactions, loan payments from clients whether cash or through banks and issue the necessary receipt.
Responsible for encoding the remittance transactions by completing the necessary information to make sure that it will reach the beneficiary on the promised date.
Answer Remittance and payment inquiries and coordinate with the department concerned if there’s anything that will help the clients.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop assigned/workplace and from time to time, check and request the needed supplies or repairs needed.
Give suggestions or recommendations to the supervisor with regard to daily operations, rates, charges that affects the transactions.
Assists in Non-VIP clients in and other operational positions.
May perform minor collection duties.
Performs such other functions that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications
High school Certificate
Fluent in Tagalog or other Filipino dialects, Cantonese a plus
Fast accurate typing skills, attention to detail
Well-organized and able to work under pressure
Friendly, customer service oriented
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows operating system
Valid working papers for Hong Kong
Available to work on Sundays
