PASCOR extends a helping hand to crew members in need of financial assistance. PASCOR closely coordinates with the proper government agencies involved in the seaman's welfare. Regular contributions are made to the Seaman's Welfare Fund (SFW) and the Social Security System (SSS) , Phil Health System and Home Development Mutual Fund (Pagibig) to make sure that the crew have something to fall back on in any emergency.

Counseling services are likewise available to PASCOR employees and their families.
